Join us at the Mountain Mandarin Festival

⚠ Scam Warning — vendors are losing money to fake “festival” emails. Scammers are emailing vendors in the festival's name — fake invitations, fake application forms, fake payment requests. They change their story every few days, so here is how to know what is real:
  • We do not send vendor invitations by email. If an email invites you to apply, it is not from us.
  • The only application is on EventHub, through the Apply button on this page — never a form sent by email. Once you have applied, every email about your booth comes from EventHub, right up to festival day.
  • EventHub tells you how to pay. Nobody from the festival will ask you to pay by email, Venmo, Zelle, gift card, or a check mailed anywhere else.
  • Our emails come only from @eventhub.net or @mandarinfestival.com. Never Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.

Not sure? Don't pay and don't reply — email and wait for our answer. Money sent to a scammer is almost never recovered.

Already sent money? Contact your bank or payment service right away. Then forward the email to so we can warn other vendors.

  3. Your credit card is held pending approval — not charged until confirmed
  4. Once approved, access required documents, booth assignments, and event info
